Yes, that is a TWO percent for her weight. The doctor said she is very healthy and to not worry about her weight. He said she was "healthy and petite". She is very healthy and growing like a weed!!
While we were waiting for the Dr. to come in to see her (after her measurements were taken), the nurse sat some baby wipes next to her and Emmie had so much fun playing with them.
THEN, she discovered the band-aid the nurse had stuck on her big toe (where they took a sample for iron testing). Emmie could not figure out what in the world this thing was on her toe. It was so funny, she kept pulling at it and pulling at it and finally when she couldn't get it to come off, she bent down and tried biting it off!! It was too funny!!
Here are her accomplishments so far:
Crawls everywhere
Pulls herself up and stands all the time
Is beginning to "walk" around holding on to chairs, couches, etc.
Drinks from a sippy cup, but prefers someone ELSE to hold it for her!! LOL
Is beginning to enjoy a variety of table foods (she loves, loves, loves any type of bread, roll, etc.)
Enjoys turning the pages of books and reading them with me.
Plays really well alone with her toys.
Will give you an "open mouthed" kiss when asked and then hugs you
She smiles at EVERYBODY, EVERYWHERE we go. She LOVES people who talk to her and will smile and smile and then bury her head in my arm!!
Has become very "verbal" while playing alone and with others (squeals, babbles and giggles)
And lastly, has learned to chase and follow the dogs around the room and rolling and pulling all over them!! (And they love every minute of it!)
Here are a few pictures of her. It is becoming harder and harder to take her picture because she is "on the move" so much, they are always blurry!! I am going to have to invest in a better, faster camera I think!! LOL

She's so adorable and growing up so fast!
I'm so amazed that she was curious about the bandaid. J has always freaked out about them b/c he knew why they were there:) She seems a LOT more easygoing than my man though!!
She is a doll baby!! I am glad she growing like she should and getting smarter by the minute! She looks more and more like you to me! I think she is going to look just like you when she grows up! Her dark hair makes those baby blues eyes really stand out!

She's adorable Michelle:)!! Phillip and I both laughed at the whole biting the bandaid off! And then of her eating the chair too! So glad to hear she is doing better and is healthy.

Emmie seems to be doing so well! She seems to be caught up with all of her developmental stuff-- it won't take her long to catch up with the weight business. Audrey's only in the 13th % in weight-- we have some petite little girls!
